This endeavor aligns with the "Clean Energy Vehicle Development Plan of Hainan Province" and the promotional strategies for NEVs spanning 2023 to 2025. Its objectives are to broaden the automotive consumer market, unlock consumption potential, and address the gaps in the consumption and utilization of NEVs in rural regions. By doing so, the campaign aims to elevate residents' standard of green and safe transportation, thereby contributing to the development of picturesque villages and fostering rural revitalization.
