On March 20, Neta Auto convened a dealer conference in Bangkok, Thailand. During the event, the company signed a framework agreement for cooperation with NLTH (Thailand), a leading automotive financial institution in the country. The agreement outlines a comprehensive partnership in both wholesale and retail sectors, supported by a credit line of up to 10 billion baht (approximately RMB 2.15 billion). Concurrently, Neta Auto forged a strategic alliance with BGAC, a local original equipment manufacturer (OEM). BGAC has committed to providing production support to Neta Auto over the next five years, with plans to commence localized production of the Neta X in July this year. This endeavor aims to establish Thailand as Neta Auto's export hub for Southeast Asia. Furthermore, Neta Auto inked framework agreements with Hong Kong Solotech and KINTAI Jingtai Automobile Industry for financial support to spare parts supply chains and collaboration on battery refurbishment centers, respectively.
