On March 18, Wuling Red Label proudly announced the introduction of its groundbreaking "Divine Vehicle" range-extended technology, poised to revolutionize the commercial vehicle sector. Last November, Wuling Hongguang's range-extended variant made its initial appearance, accompanied by its declaration details. The new vehicle embraces a minimalist yet functional design philosophy, featuring a front grille with enhanced heat dissipation capabilities, and refined headlight clusters, vertical taillights at the rear, and an expanded rear windscreen area. Additionally, the vehicle's dimensions have been disclosed. In terms of power, it boasts a 1.5-liter range extender capable of delivering a maximum power of 73 kilowatts, paired with a lithium iron phosphate battery. Specific endurance parameters, however, remain undisclosed. Prior to this, Wuling Hongguang has already introduced a pure electric version, offering a range of 300 kilometers and priced between 69,800 and 72,800 yuan, while the fuel version is priced from 46,500 to 60,900 yuan. The launch of the range-extended variant signifies that Wuling Hongguang now offers a comprehensive lineup encompassing pure electric, fuel, and range-extended models, thereby broadening its appeal to a wider range of potential customers.
