Zhejiang Province has unveiled a comprehensive consumption stimulus plan designed to encourage the replacement and renewal of vehicles. Under this plan, subsidies of up to RMB 15,000 per new energy vehicle and up to RMB 13,000 per fuel vehicle are being offered. Furthermore, the plan proposes enhancing the availability of car loans and streamlining financial service processes. Looking ahead, the province aims to establish over 20,000 new public charging stations for new energy vehicles by 2025, with a focus on deploying more than 10,000 in rural areas. Additionally, the plan includes the renovation or construction of 1,000 kilometers of rural roads to further facilitate transportation infrastructure.
