The Zhejiang Provincial People's Government General Office has recently unveiled a comprehensive action plan aimed at vigorously stimulating and expanding consumption, particularly focusing on policies to support the replacement and upgrading of automobiles. According to the plan, subsidies for new energy vehicles (NEVs) can reach a maximum of RMB 15,000 per vehicle, while fuel vehicles are eligible for subsidies of up to RMB 13,000 per vehicle. Additionally, to further boost automobile sales, the plan proposes increasing the maximum ratio of automobile loans and enhancing the efficiency of automotive financial services. Looking ahead, Zhejiang Province aims to install over 20,000 new public charging stations for NEVs by 2025, with a focus on rural areas where more than 10,000 stations will be constructed. Furthermore, the province plans to construct or renovate 1,000 kilometers of rural roads, fostering a more conducive environment for the widespread adoption and use of new energy vehicles.
