On March 16, Barcelona, Spain, embarked on a groundbreaking endeavor by initiating the first-ever trial of a driverless passenger minibus amidst real-world traffic conditions. This innovative vehicle, a collaborative effort between Renault Group and WeRide, was made available to the public for complimentary test rides from March 11 to 14, following the green light from the City Council and the Directorate General of Traffic.
