They signed a value-preservation repurchase contract, agreeing to a 90% repurchase rate within one year. Despite delivering the cars to the 4S store in March of last year, the repurchase issue remains unresolved. Ms. Wang expressed frustration, stating that the 4S store's delay in paying the repurchase funds has hindered their ability to collect their newly ordered vehicles. The manager of the 4S store responded by affirming that they have reported the matter to the Toyota manufacturer and are actively pursuing a resolution.
