On March 14, Tesla addressed internet rumors regarding a partnership with Baidu aimed at enhancing its assisted driving system. Tesla clarified that their collaboration with Baidu is solely confined to the realm of map navigation and that claims of the partnership improving assisted driving performance are inaccurate. Prior to this, foreign media outlets had reported that Tesla was teaming up with Baidu to bolster the FSD (Full Self-Driving) assistance system's capabilities in the Chinese market.
