Tesla has recently issued a clarification to the media regarding its partnership with Baidu Limited, emphasizing that the collaboration is exclusively focused on map navigation services and does not encompass technologies aimed at enhancing the performance of its Full Self-Driving (FSD) system. Previous reports from foreign media suggested that Tesla and Baidu were set to collaborate on optimizing FSD Version 13 software to better adapt to complex road conditions in China. However, Tesla has refuted these claims, stating that the reports are not aligned with the actual nature of their partnership.
