Stellantis Appoints Xin Tianshu as China COO and Head of Strategic Alliance with Leapmotor Technology

On March 7, Stellantis Group announced adjustments to its leadership structure in China. Xin Tianshu has been named Chief Operating Officer (COO) for Stellantis in China, concurrently assuming the role of Head of the 'Stellantis Group - Leapmotor Technology Strategic Alliance' and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the 'Leapmotor International' joint venture. Additionally, Olivier Francois has been appointed as Head of Market Strategy and Senior Advisor for Stellantis in China. Both individuals will report directly to Carlos Tavares, Executive Vice President and member of the Group's provisional Executive Committee. These changes will come into effect as of February 26, 2025.
