Highlighting China's established technical foundation and suitable application environment in the realm of low-speed autonomous driving, particularly in parking scenarios, he advocated for initiating assessments and pilot programs for unmanned, low-speed parking and vehicle retrieval services in parking lots. This should be done under the prerequisites of mature hardware and software infrastructure, alongside robust cloud-based safety supervision.
