In partnership with other national ministries and commissions, the Ministry of Transport has devised a comprehensive plan aimed at reducing national logistics costs by an estimated RMB 400 billion by 2024. Notably, transportation costs are expected to contribute approximately two-thirds of this reduction, amounting to RMB 280 billion.
