Unified Shares recently announced that its controlling subsidiary, Unified Petrochemical Co., Ltd., has signed a "Coolant Strategic Cooperation Agreement" with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL). Under the agreement, the two parties will jointly conduct research on coolant reliability, covering impact factor studies, model construction, and validation. Unified Petrochemical will be responsible for research on low-conductivity coolant lifespan testing technology and evaluation methods, and will provide relevant reports and technical consulting services. According to the agreement, based on customer needs, CATL will give priority to low-conductivity coolant products developed by Unified Petrochemical and mutually recognized by both parties, provided that the products meet the agreed technical specifications and applicable laws and regulations. The agreement shall take effect upon being signed and sealed by the legal representatives or authorized representatives of both parties and shall remain valid until December 31, 2029. Upon confirmation by both parties, the agreement may be supplemented or amended, and its term may be extended.
