HIMA has announced an upgrade to its Night Owl Service, now offering free door-to-door vehicle pickup and delivery within 20 kilometers for scheduled maintenance. Authorized user centers have extended their after-sales operating hours, providing basic maintenance and 24-hour accident vehicle reception services. Currently, 467 user centers are in operation, covering 31 provinces and regions. Previously, some stores were nicknamed "HIMA Grand Hotel" by car owners for offering services such as late-night snacks; the company later stopped promoting this and prohibited free meals, charging, and car washing services, though some user centers still provide free meals to vehicle owners with appointments. In September this year, AITO officially announced the return of "AITO Grand Hotel," upgrading to offer free off-peak car washing, free windshield washer fluid top-ups, and dining services.
