On October 29, Sinochem Oil Sales inked a strategic cooperation pact with Contemporary Amperex Technology Times Electric Service—a wholly-owned entity under CATL—aimed at the collaborative development and management of battery swap and charging infrastructure.
Under this agreement, Sinochem Oil will leverage its resources, including suitable venues, to support the initiative. Meanwhile, Contemporary Amperex Technology Times Electric Service will take charge of the construction, day-to-day operations, and ongoing maintenance of these facilities.
