On October 17, the inaugural model of the AI-driven automotive brand AIVA, developed by Saidou Technology—a company in which Seres has secured a stake—was officially featured in the product announcement released by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
This vehicle is designed as a mid-to-large crossover coupe SUV, boasting body dimensions of 4,999×1,999×1,626 mm and a wheelbase of 3,050 mm. It is available in both pure electric and extended-range dual-power configurations. The pure electric variant is built on an 800V high-voltage platform, offering a maximum driving range of approximately 700 kilometers. Meanwhile, the extended-range version provides a combined range exceeding 1,200 kilometers.
The intelligent cockpit is outfitted with the Volcano Engine Doubao large model, enabling multi-round dialogue capabilities and emotion recognition. Additionally, the intelligent driving system employs Yuanrion's mapless solution, with a LiDAR sensor mounted on the roof. The vehicle is anticipated to be launched within the year, targeting the mainstream market segment priced above 200,000 yuan across all trim levels.
