On October 10, Mercedes-Benz USA (MBUSA) announced the recall of 30,064 vehicles, involving multiple models of the 2022 to 2025 S-Class and Maybach. The recall was initiated because the front brake hoses of the vehicles may rupture and leak brake fluid, leading to extended braking distances and an increased risk of collisions. Dealers will replace the front brake hoses for vehicle owners free of charge.
