Notably, Jia Jianxu has relinquished his position as the company's legal representative, with Yang Huaijing stepping in to assume the role. SAIC MAXUS, established in April 2011, boasts a registered capital of around RMB 10.33 billion. Its core operations encompass the development, manufacturing, and distribution of automobiles, trailers, automobile chassis, and related components. The company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SAIC Motor Corporation Limited.
