Li Xiang, the CEO of Li Auto, has declared that the brand-new flagship model, the Ideal i9, will make its official debut on September 16. This vehicle represents a significant triple leap forward for Li Auto, showcasing advancements in technological innovation, product portfolio expansion, and brand elevation.

From the perspective of product portfolio, Li Auto is expediting the diversification of its pure electric vehicle offerings. The introduction of the i9 will complete a pure electric product lineup that caters to various market segments. Concurrently, Li Auto's 5C ultra-fast charging stations have been deployed along 18 major national expressways nationwide, enhancing the convenience of electric vehicle travel.

Regarding proprietary technologies, Li Auto's commitment to research and development is evident, with R&D investment surpassing 10 billion yuan over the past three years. The i9 stands out as the first model to incorporate four core proprietary technologies simultaneously: in-house developed and manufactured batteries, custom-built electric motors, the Mach M100 chip, and an advanced intelligent driving system. As the inaugural model of the second-generation pure electric platform, it embodies 11 years of technological prowess and innovation.

In terms of design, the i9 sets a new global benchmark for mass-produced SUVs with an exceptionally low drag coefficient of 0.215, breaking away from conventional SUV designs.
