On September 8, 2026, the Equipment Industry Department No.1 of the MIIT unveiled the draft content of the List of New Energy Vehicle Models Eligible for Government Subsidies (the 411th batch) and the List of Vehicle and Vessel Tax Reduction and Exemption Models (the 90th batch). The public announcement period spans from September 9 to 15, during which feedback and objections can be submitted via an online platform or fax. In this batch, a total of 459 vehicle manufacturing enterprises have submitted applications for new product approval, with 1,019 new products declared. Among these, 288 are new energy vehicle models from 142 different enterprises. Additionally, 933 enterprises have applied for extensions on product changes, totaling 8,298 products. Some enterprises have also requested product rectifications. Notably, several models, including the BYD Fangchengbao Titan 9 and Li Auto L9, have been included in the 90th batch of the vehicle and vessel tax reduction and exemption catalog.
