On September 7th, 3PEAK proudly introduced its fully indigenous 80V CAN SIC transceiver, the TPT1662xQ. At present, 48V onboard systems are steadily supplanting traditional 12V setups, providing a quadrupled power-carrying capacity and a 60% reduction in wiring harness weight. These systems stand as a pivotal technology facilitating the shift from fuel-powered vehicles to fully electric ones. In response to the rigorous demands of 48V onboard applications, 3PEAK has unveiled the TPT1662VQ and TPT1662Q series CAN FD SIC transceivers. The TPT1662xQ series adheres comprehensively to high-speed CAN physical layer standards, including ISO 11898-2:2024, CiA601-4, and SAE J2284-1 to J2284-5. It supports both classic CAN and optimized CAN FD SIC networks, enabling data transmission rates of up to 8Mbps.
