As per reports dated September 7, Jaguar Land Rover has announced its intention to reduce its workforce by up to 4,000 positions over the forthcoming two-year period. The company has launched a voluntary redundancy scheme tailored for salaried staff and members of the management team. This strategic move is designed to streamline the company's organizational framework, boost operational efficiency, and fortify its resilience. Notably, positions within the production facilities will remain untouched by these reductions.
