Recently, Xingyu Shares, a prominent player in China's automotive lighting industry, found itself at the center of a controversy due to its widespread practice of discouraging fresh graduates. In response to the public outcry, the company has decided to enhance the incentives for its outsourced hourly workers. Effective from September 1st, the retention bonus for these workers has been increased from 2 yuan per hour to 3 yuan per hour. Meanwhile, the hourly wage for directly employed staff stands at 23 yuan, and when combined with various allowances, their monthly net income amounts to roughly 8,500 yuan.
