GAC Aion BU has unveiled its sales figures for August, revealing a total of 36,383 units sold, which signifies a notable year-on-year upswing of 34.53%. Earlier in April of this year, the three prominent brands under the GAC Group umbrella—Trumpchi, Aion, and Hyper—underwent a significant rejuvenation. Specifically, the Aion brand underwent a transformation, embracing the new tagline 'Smart and Joyful Life' and adopting a fresh logo. The first model to bear this new emblem, the Ray7, was officially introduced to the market. Building on this momentum, in August, the BU further expanded its lineup by introducing several new models, such as the 2027 Aion RT, the 2027 Aion UT 530 Ningde Edition, and the Aion N60 Yaoye Stylish Sport Package.
