As per the announcement made by Geely Automobile, the company's total vehicle sales for the month of August soared to 270,194 units, reflecting a robust 8% increase compared to the same period last year. Breaking down the figures, sales of battery electric vehicles (BEVs) surged to 120,590 units, showcasing a remarkable 29% year-on-year growth. Meanwhile, sales of plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) also witnessed a positive trend, reaching 55,287 units and marking a 2% increase over the previous year.
