On September 1, the head of the Department of Cooperation of the Ministry of Commerce interpreted the Guidelines on Overseas Competition Behavior and Compliance Construction for the Automotive Industry. The Automotive Guidelines consist of four chapters and twenty articles, aiming to provide guidance for Chinese automotive industry enterprises in their overseas market competition and other production and operation behaviors, with a focus on compliance construction in areas such as overseas marketing competition behavior, as well as overseas production safety, quality management, labor protection, and data security. In the future, the Ministry of Commerce will collaborate with relevant departments to continue improving the comprehensive overseas service system, supporting the rational and orderly cross-border layout of the automotive industry.
