On September 1, three departments jointly issued a notice. The notice mandates that when enterprises sell goods or provide services overseas, they must adhere to transparent pricing practices in strict compliance with laws and regulations. Specifically, they are prohibited from illegally raising prices or imposing any fees not explicitly stated. During promotional campaigns, these enterprises are required to abide by local laws, regulations, business norms, and cultural customs, while honoring all contractual obligations. Furthermore, when showcasing and promoting their brands, they must disclose information truthfully and comprehensively in accordance with the regulations of the host country (or region), thereby avoiding false advertising and safeguarding the brand image of Chinese automobiles.
