Headquartered in Singapore, global multi-modal transport operator ComfortDelGro announced today that it has established a wholly-owned subsidiary in Shenzhen. The previous day, ComfortDelGro attended the 16th meeting of the Guangdong-Singapore Joint Council for Cooperation and signed a Memorandum of Understanding with China Construction Science and Industry Corporation Digital Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and Guangdong Zhenghe Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. The three parties will engage in in-depth cooperation on the construction of an autonomous driving operation ecosystem.
