According to reports, permit documents filed by Tesla with relevant authorities indicate its plan to construct a large Robotaxi charging hub across from the St. Elmo service center in Austin, Texas, featuring a parking lot with approximately 128 spaces. The charging hub will be built in two phases, with the first phase including 48 Superchargers, and the second phase potentially introducing wireless inductive charging technology to provide charging support for Cybercab self-driving taxis. Currently, Tesla has planned similar stations in five regions.
