The shares were sold at a price of $6.62 each, amounting to a total transaction value of $476.6 million. Notably, this price fell at the lower end of the offering price spectrum, which ranged from $6.62 to $6.97. JPMorgan Chase was the financial institution entrusted with facilitating this transaction.
