On July 30, BMW Group unveiled its financial results for the first half of the fiscal year 2026. According to the report, the group's total operating revenue reached €62.266 billion (equivalent to approximately RMB 481.8 billion), reflecting an 8.01% year-on-year decrease. Net profit attributable to shareholders stood at €2.858 billion (around RMB 22.1 billion), experiencing a 25.75% decline compared to the same period last year. Additionally, gross profit amounted to €8.797 billion, showing a 20.58% year-on-year drop, with a resultant gross profit margin of 14.13%.
