On July 23, 2026, Mobileye announced that its founder, Amnon Shashua, has informed the board of directors of his intention to resign as Chief Executive Officer once a successor is appointed. The board will initiate a comprehensive selection process to identify the new CEO and has proposed that Shashua assume the role of Chairman of the Company after the new CEO takes office.
