The Legal Department of Li Auto has announced that the online account 'Dianche Xiaofei' had, for an extended period, been disseminating false information concerning Li Auto and its affiliated personnel, which amounted to infringement. On March 25, 2025, Li Auto initiated legal proceedings against this account. Subsequently, on April 14, 2026, the court rendered a verdict in favor of Li Auto during the second-instance trial, concluding that the actions of the 'Dianche Xiaofei' account constituted unfair competition through commercial defamation. Li Auto underscored that the online realm is not a lawless frontier and vowed to resolutely uphold its rights in strict accordance with the law, taking stringent measures against unlawful activities such as the spread of rumors.
