On July 15, news emerged that XPENG is ramping up its efforts to deploy its advanced intelligent driving assistance system overseas. On July 14, Chairman He Xiaopeng journeyed to Germany and oversaw the completion of localized acceptance testing for XPENG's second-generation VLA model. The XPENG MONA L03, outfitted with the Turing AI Intelligent Driving (NGP) system, underwent rigorous real-world testing in Munich. With this milestone, XPENG has cemented its position as the first Chinese automaker to develop a "unified model" capable of navigating diverse road conditions in both China and Europe, marking a significant stride towards becoming the inaugural Chinese automotive brand to bring state-of-the-art intelligent driving technology to the European market.
