On July 10, 2026, Geely Automobile issued a disclosure statement for the following day, announcing that due to the exercise of share options by its employees and participants from affiliated companies, the company issued a total of 155,000 ordinary shares on the same day at a price of HKD 9.56 per share. Prior to this issuance, the total number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 10,784,877,597. Following the issuance, this figure rose to 10,785,032,597, with no change in the number of treasury shares.
