Chen Weifeng has been appointed as the legal representative of this newly founded entity, which boasts an impressive registered capital of 10 billion yuan. The business scope of this company encompasses a wide array of activities, including research and development in emerging energy technologies, provision of energy storage technology services, as well as the manufacturing and sales of batteries. Notably, this company is wholly owned by CATL.
