Data from the Tianyancha App reveals that on July 2, 2026, Jiangxi BAIC Changhe Automobile Co., Ltd. was officially established. Zhu Youfu has been appointed as the legal representative of the new entity, which boasts a registered capital of 100 million RMB. The company's scope of business is extensive, encompassing the production of road-going motor vehicles, sales of automobiles (including complete new energy vehicles), and research and development of automotive components, to name a few. Notably, this new venture is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Automobile Group Co., Ltd.
