He highlighted that the DCAS UNR 171 series 02, which has received approval from the World Forum for Harmonization of Vehicle Regulations (WP.29), will come into effect in six months and be enforced as a mandatory regulation across the European Union. This development signifies that autonomous driving technology will officially and legally enter the global market by the end of 2026. Additionally, He Xiaopeng offered a glimpse into the future, stating that XPENG's VLA and Vehicle with Learning Model (VLM) are slated for their international debut in 2027.
