On June 23, figures released by the European Automobile Manufacturers Association (ACEA) revealed a remarkable surge in Tesla's performance across Europe. In May alone, the automaker witnessed new vehicle registrations in the EU, UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, and Switzerland skyrocket to 28,610 units, marking a year-on-year increase of over 100%. Specifically, within the EU market, sales soared to 21,767 units, also doubling compared to the corresponding period in the previous year. This impressive showing in May marked Tesla's fourth consecutive month of sales growth in Europe, signaling a robust resurgence in consumer interest for its electric vehicles after a period of decline lasting more than a year. According to ACEA data, Tesla first achieved growth in new vehicle registrations in February of this year, following a slump since December 2024.
