Caocao Chuxing is set to establish an autonomous AI business unit, marking a significant stride in fully executing its AI strategy. The company has introduced the role of 'Chief AI Officer,' offering a generous compensation package valued at over RMB 10 million. This role will spearhead the practical deployment of AI technologies, chart the course for the company's AI-driven transformation, foster ecological collaborations, and enhance industry presence. The overarching aim is to steer the company towards becoming an intelligent mobility service infrastructure tailored for the AI age. Additionally, the Chief AI Officer will be tasked with assembling a proficient AI team and nurturing talent in this domain. Earlier in April of this year, Caocao Chuxing achieved a milestone by becoming the inaugural company in Hangzhou to secure approval for conducting unmanned road tests for its Robotaxi service. Recently, the company has also forged a cooperation pact with Shanghai International Automobile City, with plans to deploy 100 Robotaxis in Shanghai within the current year. Presently, Caocao Chuxing boasts a holistic closed-loop ecosystem for its Robotaxi service, encompassing intelligent custom vehicles, cutting-edge autonomous driving technology, and intelligent operations. The company has been intricately involved in the product definition and development of China's pioneering, natively developed Robotaxi prototype, the 'Eva Cab.' This innovative vehicle is slated to make its grand debut at the Hong Kong Auto Show in 2026. The highly customized version of the Robotaxi is anticipated to commence mass production in 2027, with Caocao Chuxing aiming to deploy a cumulative total of 100,000 such vehicles by 2030.
