CITIC Securities points out that, when reviewing the landscape of 2025, the movement towards equitable access to intelligent driving technologies has grown ever more pronounced. Estimates indicate that by 2025, the penetration rates for urban and highway NOA (Navigate on Autopilot) in China's passenger vehicle market will stand at 14% and 15%, respectively. This surge will fuel significant growth in the shipment volumes of products such as medium-to-high computing power intelligent driving chips, LiDAR sensors, and intelligent driving domain controllers. Consequently, leading companies in this space are expected to see a marked increase in their related revenues. Simultaneously, the commercialization of L4 autonomous driving is picking up pace, with several companies already reaping economic benefits from their flagship projects. These companies are now actively scaling up their operations and exploring new business models. Looking ahead to 2026, various segments within the industrial chain are set to ramp up their efforts in technological R&D and product launches. The automotive intelligence industrial chain is thus poised to embrace fresh development opportunities.
