Recently, Chongqing Landian Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Seres, has been renamed as Chongqing Saidou Technology Co., Ltd. It has also introduced several industrial investors, including Contemporary Amperex Technology Co. Limited (CATL), Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems Co., Ltd., and Bojun Technology, with its registered capital increased to RMB 971 million. Shaci Zhiyuan has become the largest shareholder.
