On the evening of May 27, NIO officially unveiled the ES9, presenting three distinct models: the Executive Luxury Edition, the Executive Signature Edition, and the Horizon Special Edition. The base price for a complete vehicle purchase stands at 498,000 yuan. However, opting for the Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) leasing plan reduces the starting price to 390,000 yuan. The ES9 boasts a full-domain 900V high-voltage architecture, marking China's first mass-produced steer-by-wire and rear-wheel steering system. It comes standard with the Cedar AQUILA NIO Aquila Ultra Sensing System and the NIO World Model (NWM) architecture, delivering robust scenario adaptability and the capacity for continuous evolution.
