On May 20, UISEE, a frontrunner in delivering comprehensive full-scenario L4 autonomous driving solutions, made a triumphant entry onto the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 1511.HK). This milestone marks UISEE as the inaugural full-scenario L4 autonomous driving entity to go public in Hong Kong. The initial public offering (IPO) featured a global public offering of 14.46 million shares, priced at HK$60.3 each, amassing a total of over HK$870 million. Notable cornerstone investors include Xiong'an local state-owned assets, among other prominent entities.

UISEE has demonstrated a consistent upward trajectory in revenue from 2023 to 2025, accompanied by enhanced gross margins and a reduction in net losses. Presently, the company boasts an order backlog exceeding RMB 500 million. Based on revenue figures for 2025, UISEE claims the top spot in the industry for market share in L4 commercial vehicle autonomous driving within airport and factory settings across Greater China. Furthermore, UISEE stands out as the sole global provider capable of offering large-scale commercial operation L4 autonomous driving solutions tailored for airports, with its operational footprint extending overseas.

Globally, UISEE has deployed over 1,000 L4 autonomous driving vehicles or kits, amassing an impressive 9.2 million kilometers of driverless travel and catering to a diverse clientele across multiple nations. Co-founder Wu Gansha expressed that the company intends to capitalize on Hong Kong's strategic advantages to expedite its globalization efforts, with ambitions to extend its business reach to 30 countries within the next three years.
