Qianli Technology is currently engaged in discussions with several automakers, including Changan, Audi, and Chery, to explore avenues for intelligent cooperation. Notably, Changan has expressed its intention to integrate Qianli's assisted driving solutions into its vehicles and acquire a stake in the company. However, the equity restructuring, initially slated for early this year, has yet to witness significant headway. BAIC emerges as the most confirmed external client for Qianli Technology, with both entities planning to set up a joint venture within the current year and introduce five new models, some of which are expected to make their debut within the same timeframe. Meanwhile, Qianli Technology enjoys a profound collaborative relationship with Audi, while its talks with Mercedes-Benz revolve around platform-based cooperation in the intelligent cockpit domain. In a bid to shed its 'Geely-affiliated' image and garner additional orders, Qianli Technology is deliberating on a joint venture proposal with BAIC.
