UISEE (Beijing) Co., Ltd. plans to list on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, intending to issue approximately 14.5 million shares at a price of HK$60.30 per share. The total expected funds raised amount to HK$872 million (approximately US$111 million), with official trading set to commence on May 20.
