On May 12, reports emerged highlighting that, during the implementation of the 14th Five-Year Plan, China's large-scale automotive powertrain manufacturing encountered challenges related to inconsistent quality and an overreliance on imported standards for the design and production of intelligent assembly lines. In a strategic move to address these issues, the State Administration for Market Regulation mobilized domestic scientific and technological expertise to focus on breakthroughs in integrated reliability and quality technologies for intelligent assembly lines serving high-end CNC machine tools produced domestically. The research team made significant advancements in several key areas, including adaptive dynamic mapping of machine tool accuracy and quality parameters under complex operational conditions, as well as multi-process manufacturing error flow modeling. These efforts shed light on the intricate coupling mechanism between the degradation of assembly line reliability and the maintenance of product accuracy. Furthermore, the team introduced an innovative 'end-edge-cloud' collaborative equipment fault diagnosis technology, alongside a virtual-real integrated digital twin system. They also developed a dynamic production operation collaborative optimization platform, which empowers intelligent assembly lines with autonomous control capabilities for real-time detection and maintenance decision-making.
