On May 11, Longyuan Co., Ltd. shared that its new energy business primarily centers on components for the electric control systems and electric drive systems of new energy vehicles. Its product lineup includes OBC enclosures for electric control systems, integrated product enclosures and end covers for on-board power supplies, among others. Longyuan Co., Ltd. highlighted that the key performance indicators of its OBC enclosures have outstripped both international benchmarks and customer-specific standards. Nevertheless, Longyuan Co., Ltd. also cautioned that customer order conditions are based on current assessments and may be subject to future uncertainties stemming from factors such as market dynamics and shifts in customer demand.

To bolster its presence in the new energy market, Longyuan Co., Ltd. has outlined plans to raise 329 million yuan in capital. These funds will be predominantly allocated to the production project (Phase II) for new energy three-electric systems and lightweight automotive parts. Once completed, the project is expected to enhance annual production capacity by 14.2 million aluminum alloy die-cast parts. When queried about the acquisition of new customers in the new energy vehicle parts sector this year, Longyuan Co., Ltd. indicated that negotiations with potential new customers are currently in progress.
