On May 11, Faraday Future (FF), a worldwide enterprise specializing in the EAI ecosystem and headquartered in California, USA, unveiled a series of personnel reshuffles. The company's board of directors has appointed its founder, Jia Yueting, as the Global CEO of FF, while Jerry Wang has been designated as the Global Executive Chairman. Concurrently, the board has accepted the resignation of Matthias Aydt from his role as Global Co-CEO and has appointed independent director Chad Chen as the Chief Independent Director. These appointments and adjustments came into effect on May 5. Jia Yueting will assume responsibility for overseeing business segments, including product development, EAI R&D, and the supply chain. He will also work closely with Jerry Wang in managing strategic and capital market affairs. On the other hand, Jerry Wang will take charge of pivotal areas such as finance, legal matters, and government relations.
