Stellantis has announced the expansion of its strategic partnership with Leapmotor. To enhance production capacity at its Figueruelas plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the parties are evaluating the addition of a production line for the all-new Opel C-segment SUV battery electric vehicle, with production expected to commence as early as 2028. Leapmotor plans to introduce its C-segment SUV model B10 at the plant starting from 2026. Additionally, the two sides will collaborate in procurement through their joint venture to enhance price competitiveness, strengthen supply chain resilience, and accelerate the launch of new models.
